DISCLAIMER/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
The Confetti Party Store is not liable for damage, holes, or any defects in balloons. Refunds/exchanges only for unopened items in original condition within 30 days. Opened items cannot be refunded/exchanged. Certain unopened items (e.g., seasonal/limited) are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Original receipt required. Only items purchased from Confetti - The Party Store Richmond Hill are eligible. Seasonal items will have restocking fees. Orders must be picked up on time; we are not responsible for damage/loss from late pickup. For any changes a 24hrs prior notification is required. Management reserves all rights.
Product Exchange
