Return & Exchange Policy
Confetti - The Party Store is not liable for any damage, holes, defects, or issues with balloons once they have left the store. However, as long as balloons have not left the store, we will gladly provide a 100% exchange for any balloons that do not meet our quality standards.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted only for unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Opened items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Certain unopened items, including seasonal, limited, or special-order items, may be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Seasonal items may also be subject to a restocking fee.
An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Only items purchased from Confetti - The Party Store in Richmond Hill are eligible.
Orders must be picked up on time. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or condition changes resulting from late pickup. Any order changes require at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
Management reserves all rights.

Product Exchange
Product exchanges are available with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability, and restrictions apply on select items. Please contact us or visit the store for full details and eligibility.
